The sections below describe what the platform does and what must be disclosed. The binding wording is supplied by Tallence legal before launch; nothing here should be treated as a published privacy notice.

- The company responsible for processing, and its contact details (see Impressum).
- Data protection officer
- Contact details of the data protection officer, where one is appointed.
- What we process
- Account data for authentication: email address, password hash, assigned role, and workspace membership. Held in Supabase (EU region).
- Why, and on what legal basis
- Access control for confidential sales material, and the contractual or legitimate-interest basis relied upon.
- Cookies and session storage
- The session cookie required to keep you signed in. No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies are set.
- Processors and recipients
- The hosting and authentication providers used to operate the platform, and the safeguards in place with them.
- Retention
- How long account data is kept, and what happens when an account is deactivated.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
